Is this time available? Please go to our AVAILABILITY AND RATES page (on the menu bar above). You can scroll through the months (up to one year in advance) and see what dates are free and what dates are already reserved. From there you can link directly to our BOOK NOW!SM secure on-line booking. How much will it cost? Weekly rates are shown on the AVAILABILITY AND RATES page, but we also have detailed rate information. Please go to our "Rates: All seasons, all rates" page using the link in the column on the right. Note that this does not include gratuities for the staff. While tips are totally voluntary, we recommend between $3.00 and $6.00 US (30 to 60 pesos) per person in your group per day. Why is there a 12% tax added to the rate? The Mexican "Hacienda" has long collected this tax on hotels, condos, and the like. Now they are starting to pay attention to individual house rentals. The tax has always been due, but not everyone has paid the tax. What about deposits, refunds, and the like? If there is a hurricane and mandatory evacuations or airport closures, we will apply your pro-rated lost time to a future visit (up to 18 months). Please see our "What we expect... What you expect..." section by using the link in the column on the right. What do you provide and what do we need to bring? Please see our section on "All the goodies!" by using the link in the column on the right. We do provide all the linens and one beach towel per person. We do not provide snorkeling equipment so bring it with you if you already have your own. If you have any additional questions, please contact us (see the Contact US link at the bottom of this page). How far it is to the beach? The beach at HALF MOON BAY is just a few blocks away. The beach at AKUMAL BAY is less than a mile. There are also some great beaches nearby (within 10-20 minute drive). Is the pool shared? No. Each townhouse and Casa Delfín has its own heated rooftop pool. Casa Romero has its own outdoor pool. Is there a cook available? René or another staff member can cook a special dinner for you ($6 per person plus the cost of the food). We generally do not have a cook available for your entire stay, but we may be able to arrange one. Please contact us. |
